Van Nguyen obtained a Master degree in Social Science in 2010 from the University of Queensland, Australia. She has over ten year experience of working in poverty reduction, gender equality, education, and community development in the Central Vietnam. She has taken different positions of a manager, a community engagement advisor, and a researcher.
