Since 2024, CKC has been implementing the Participatory Action Research on Organisational Capacity Strengthening (PAROCS). The initiative aims to objectively assess the Center’s strengths and areas for improvement, identify organisational capacities that need further development to more effectively fulfill its mission and strategic goals, and enhance learning, networking, and collaboration with partners and organisations both within Vietnam and internationally.

As part of this research process, CKC organised an Organisational Capacity Analysis Workshop on July 9, 2026, bringing together nearly 30 participants, including experts, researchers, representatives from government agencies, research institutions, educational organisations, and CKC’s partner organisations and affiliated networks.

The event provided an open, inclusive, and interdisciplinary platform for dialogue, enabling stakeholders to share perspectives and offer objective reflections on CKC’s organisational development through the Five Capacities Framework, which examines:

• The capacity to deliver results
• The capacity to act and commit
• The capacity to achieve coherence
• The capacity to relate
• The capacity to adapt and renew

Through interactive group discussions, participants reflected on CKC’s organisational growth, identified key strengths, highlighted areas for further improvement, and explored priorities for future development. These valuable insights and recommendations will be incorporated into the PAROCS research as an important source of evidence, helping CKC continue to learn, adapt, and shape its future development plans while remaining grounded in its core values and mission.

Through this participatory assessment process, CKC reaffirms its commitment to fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration. By continuously strengthening its organisational capacity, the Center seeks to enhance its effectiveness and contribute more meaningfully to sustainable community and social development.
